2. How can i check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing order details.
3. How long does it generally take to process an order?
Most in-stock orders ship the same day when ordered before 3:00PM MST. Some items may ship 3-10 days after your purchase. You will be notified before you checkout if this is the case.
4. What payment methods are accepted?

5. Does PelicanCases.com charge sales tax?
One of the advantages of shopping with us is that we do not charge sales tax on orders shipping outside of Arizona. As required by law, sales tax is applied to all purchases shipping to an Arizona address at the local rate of 7.3%.
